My son is playing ice hockey on a very high level. He has to go to a training every day. He only wants to get better and better. His team is also doing some gymnastic exercises just to get more flexible joints this only to avoid injuries. I think this is very good. At this way they practice their body not only for hockey but also to make it in a better shape overall. The better the shape is and the condition the more profit they will have in the future when they are getting older. If a body gets used of sports most of the children will do that their whole life.
